A-Tech SAR451 continue....

one week of training for our A-tech. we have CCAC and TAG.

We learn how to guide the air craft to ground and lay out our tangos. Nite training and how night markers are set up. we are also tought how to abort the LZ if we are being contacted.

All these drills, have made us all sweat like hell.

On top of that, all our uniform will be changed. the pix green. its so eye-pain when i look at it under the sun.

never the less, i will have mine pix green this thursday. all new and made in SG.

A-Tech for 451 SAR

To all my dearest friends who’s birthday fall in March. “Happy Birthday to you.”

Let’s starts with my 6^th ICT that falls on 9^th march 09 to 22^nd march 09. In this 6^th incamp, we are to be ready for our A-tech. Let me tell you more about A-tech. A-tech is an exam that all NS men have to gone thru in his 10 years cycle. This is an exam to test our readiness in-term of any matters that arise after our O.R.D.

In this incamp, this is our A-Tech 1, where we are tested on our personal arms and drills. We must know our personal arm super well at our finger tip. Well, it is lucky that I was not tested on these as my vocation does not require us to do so.

As for the rest, well….. they have a hard time meeting the required timing. During one of the training in blk 112, I saw xiao pei, a buddy that shares the same bunk in lion coy’, he have all 9 item to be tested. His readiness shocks me when I saw him stripping the M.G 1.7mins is all he needed to lay out the whole M.G in order. “Hei xiao pei, if I was in lion coy I may be as good as you.” This was what comes to my mind when I saw him out perform all the rest in the line. Good job xiao pei, you did not let us down even after ten years of O.R.D.

 Well as for us, we have TAG training and CCAC training. All these training are to prepare us for the coming A-Tech.

Well I score all recon 1 for my AOH and MOI, but I was down to recon 4 for my I.V. sad.

Any way, I must thanks Sgt Mike for his two arms. For which I fail to put in the needles into. After much tries on the dummy arm, I managed to get one in, into cpl yap’s arm.

 As for cpl yap, my hand was his 2^nd try. Heehee, this time he nail it in. one hole in my right arm.

Now I really know why they have is logo in the SMTC, this is how it goes, “Medic Bloody Proud”.

Apart from our training, I also manage to catch up with my buddy from both C coy and SP coy.

This is the sad part. Jimmy was from the other platoon. He looks normal. He can joke and have fun with us, during each incamp. He will ask how am I doing and is the training tough. This time round things did not turn out like last. According to his close buddy, he went missing in the last 3 incamp during rest time and before move out.

In the last out field according to OC sir, he fall during the training, just then CO sir was doing his regular checks on the combat team, CO sir saw him fell and offer his hand to pull him up. But instead, he kissed CO sir hand. The act of kissing CO sir hands shock OC sir. I was totally blurred when I heard OC sir tell us about it. I can’t believe this if I was to hear it from the other. But this was from OC sir, who witnesses the whole scene. OC sir also told us that he went to report sick without letting him know his status. Well, it is our standard practices that we must let out OC sir know our status after we report sick. Jimmy was excuse from IPPT. Jimmy went out field with excuse IPPT status, because of his unstable condition of kissing CO sir hands, bring CO sir to ask about him and things got worst with all the finding and …………………………………….

Jimmy was send to NUH, where things starts to go wrong……………..

Next is ah lai, one of our best drivers. He was down with grout, for which I do not wish to write about.

Just one ICT, I was able to feel the different….. very different, not just the above but also, our A-Tech 1…… here we come Recon 1 at 94% passing rate.   

Thinking of you

today is all mens day.  fenge, Dennis, Vincent and myself were at yuan shung. We visited the stall 3122. this is the stall where fenge's parents' have it rent from the owner.

They are selling japaneseand westen food.

After our dinner, we went fenge's place as no ideas on the location suggested are agreable to everyone. Thus the final place is fenge's place.

We watch the movie "The Soliders". Den we have some game demo on the 3-D game.

Dear called and asked me t go home.

just seconds, i havethe feeling that iwan go home to see my dear. i'm not able to leave as dennis kept on disturbing fenge to give him the game and code 1 movie.

their argument and negotiation have prolong the stay from 2min to 20 min.

some how the feeling is not flowing right.

i miss my dear.

Things area getting more difficult for me, i cannot understand why pressure are place on me. I worked so hard, trying to solve each problem. But back to where I was I just cannot get things done. Questions are always place on me. Anger is thrown on to me. I do not know how much I can take.

I wish that you can understand me. I can not give you what you are asking for now not even in the near future.

I can just tell you that I don’t meet your standard, please don’t let me tell you to go find your standards.
